This dress run small.
The dress was too small I even went up a size but it still was too small it had no give. I have been told that Amazon clothes run small. I'm about to just stop ordering online for clothes at Amazon because this is the third outfit that I have ordered online from them that have run small even though I have gone up a size or 2.

Even when ordering by your measurements, still size one size up!
I usually wear a 16W, but due to this being my first time ordering with this company I ordered 1 size up. I am glad I did because if not, I would not have been able to get in the dress at all. It is too snug in the bust and bodice. There for I look and feel uncomfortable. The dress is completely cotton so I knew it would have no stretch, which is why I ordered a size up. Due to having the dressed pressed at the dry cleaners, the tags were removed so I can not send it back. Such a travesty as I had hopes of wearing the dress for church on Easter.

After getting it altered it fits just fine.
Dress fits big in the chest area and tight in the arm area for me. After getting it altered it fits just fine.
