A very useful book for people interested in Japanese martial arts but particularly those with an interest in aiido and aijutsu

Good book on sword techniques but don't be fooled, you do require actual sword training you cannot learn proper form and execution of techniques from a book! Just use as a guideline, join a Katori shinto ryu club ;)
