The media could not be loaded.  I really like the slim case design with no “chin” giving the overall height as close as to the original iPhone device. It was simple and straight forward to setup. Having extra clip on the top is useful (in case you somehow break it). The material a grippy rubber-like surface which helps avoid accidental dropping. The discreet battery indicator is very subtle. It has a 2,700mAh lithiium ion rechargeable battery which supports a quick charge at 2.1A. The battery case also has up to 1.5A charge output. Now that's prertty handy. To activate the battery case, when the iPhone is plugged in, push and hold the button at the back for 1-2 seconds. Mine already came 50% charged. All the side buttons worked as expected and nothing obscured like camera lens. The only improvements I would like to see is the options of different colour cases. Overall, happy with the additional battery and acts as a good protective case for side bumps.

Having had a battery problem with my iPhone8 I thought this item would solve my issues until my contract renewed and for the first month or so it did.Then the item malfunctioned and although fully charged as shown by the light indicators it would not connect correctly to my phone when the phone was inserted into the case.I waited hoping the battery would discharge slightly using the indicator lights but this did not happen and it still will not charge my phone.The other problem was that the retaining clip around the top also had a problem where the small latch that locks it into place after the phone is inserted into place also snapped off leaving this clip hanging off sometime.I am usually a very careful owner and have had my iPhone8 for almost 5 years and it is in immaculate condition and I look after my products but this is why the rating is so bad as there was no misuse and it still developed two defects with a month and a half.NOT GOOD value when this quite an expensive case although it had a great start!I would recommend not buying this item even if it comes back into Amazons inventory...maybe this is why you can no longer buy it!!

Four stars, not five, because the first battery I received was faulty and was rejected by my phone which wouldn't take a charge from it. U-good customer service is excellent though, and a replacement battery arrived with me very quickly.The replacement works perfectly, and it more than doubles the battery life of my iPhone 7.Having had an opportunity to compare the U-good case with a more expensive and better known brand I am impressed by the U-good case: for similar battery life, it is lighter and less bulky than the other brand and it fits securely to the phone; I'd even say it's a tight fit, and that's a good thing. The case is in two parts which clip together securely. The top part is much smaller than the bottom and a spare is provided, though I doubt it will be needed. Being able to use the lightning connector with this case is a bonus.No hesitation in recommending the U-good case. I believe that their product is high quality and there's no doubting their customer service

Only the 1st day of use, but seems to be perfect so far...➤ Easy to fit the phone into the case and the snap-on top "cap" seems secure➤ Nicely shaped to hold with a slightly rubberised finish that feels good on the fingertips albeit a little slippery➤ Great to include a glass screen protector too!➤ Works with my fast charger (most battery cases don't!)➤ Works with Apple Carplay (most battery cases don't!)➤ Works with lightning headphones (most battery cases don't!)➤ Apple Pay works through the case, no problem➤ I think the only thing missing from this case is wireless charging!What will be interesting will be the durability/longevity of the case -- I've had several other brands of battery cases and none of them have lasted particularly long (less than 6 months at best); so the U-Good 12-month warranty is a huge plus (many other battery cases only provide a 30 or 90 day warranty).

Firstly the pluses.The case is pretty snug fit and portable, but very easy to remove phone in & out. I had previously bought another branded case that required a plier to remove the phone (j/k)!!!!! Most instances the lightening connection passes through audio and you can connect lightening headset directly in.Now the not so good.The button to recharge from battery isn’t designed very well. It’s in the way of where you’d grab the phone to pull it out of your pocket. Meaning you’ll inadvertently turn on the battery charge... arrghh. They should really redesign this to be located elsewhere or redesign it to be toggle switch.The lightening port sometimes has a problem with the headset. The calls cut out after 10-20s and you’ll have to remove & reconnect the headset - and repeat.Lastly the clipped top cover section doesn’t seem very sturdy - not sure how long it’ll last if you removed the phone in & out of the case one too many times. Looks like they’ve had issues with this in the past - send you an extra set with the case.Generally a good case & if I cannot find something different with audio pass through the lightening port, will end up get another for my wife.

Pros:The case is smart and does not add excessive thickness to the phone. It has a ‘soft feel’ texture and is comfortable in the hand.I love that the charging port also can be used for data, it’s a good design.Cons:The included glass screen protector was easy to fit, however it has not fully adhered at the edges which is annoying. Nothing has caught under it so far but it looks a bit unsightly.When I take the phone off charge, the charging case turns itself on and has to be manually switched off. If I didn’t turn it off I’d be running down the battery case and wouldn’t have it available for emergency use. If this was fixed it would be 5*!

Benutze die Hülle nun gut eine Woche und hatte vorher eine normale Schutzhülle am iPhone, muss daher sagen, dass von der Grösse kaum ein Unterschied ist - etwas dicker (1mm) ca. als vorher. Das Gewicht ist natürlich schon gestiegen, was aber klar ist. Ich bin zufrieden, da die Funktion wirklich wie beschrieben ist und die Laufzeit des iPhones sich mehr als verdoppelt hat. Mal gucken was ich dann in 6 Monaten denke. Aber bisher top!

Was anfangs eigentlich ganz gut funktioniert hat, ist jetzt Geschichte. Wahrscheinlich sorgt irgendein Apple-Update dafür, dass weder die Lade- noch die Sync-Funktion zur Verfügung stehen. Damit nach nur einem Jahr schon unbrauchbar.Wieder ein Teil mehr für den Elektroschrott.

Coque qui ne charge pas.elle semble avoir déjà été utilisée car n’avait que 3 niveaux de charge.

Sehr schlanker Akku. Sehr gute Haptik. Ladeleistung super. Leider hält beim IPhone 8 der obere Bügel nicht und springt unkontrolliert ab. Meiner Ansicht nach ist der Akku etwas zu klein für das Telefon. Daher hab ich es leider zurückgeben.
