the past reviews for this leave me scratching my head because these things are great. Maybe they got their supplier issues in or
Never, ever, ever again am I buying the cheap knock-off toothbrush heads. If these are available, they are getting ordered. Unlike the knockoffs, these heads:- The nub on the charging base for holding them when not in use? Yeah it fits.- Don't separate the base from the shaft when pulling the head off the toothbrush.- Have bristles that last more than a weekHonestly, the past reviews for this leave me scratching my head because these things are great. Maybe they got their supplier issues in order since those reviews because this was purchased in April of 2016 and they look and work like they are legit.

Disappointing longevity
These are supposed to last 90 days. Supposedly you know when that occurs because the blue color turns white. in two separate orders, the blue color disappeared after about a month in one or more of the three brushes. I'm not sure what the problem is, but I just keep using the brush for 90 days and discard it when the bristles start to splay. They are too expensive for them not to last. The brush does do a good job, though.

Not very durable
Althought these heads are good, they don't last 3 months as they should. They wear off in less than 2 months (of course, if you prefer to clean your teeth at least twice a day).

A good replacement brush
Do what they are supposed to and hold-up reasonably well. No complaints.

Love Sonicare
These are great sonicare heads. They aren't as small as the older versions and do a great job. I love the strip that tells you when it's time to change them out.

Superior teeth cleaning
These Philips Sonicare toothbrush heads fit my Philips healthy white toothbrush perfectly and are no trouble to get on and off the toothbrush. However getting them out of their packaging is another matter. The plastic packaging is an absolute nightmare to get open and requires a very sharp pair of scissors and a careful steady hand because once cut open the plastic is very sharp and has on more than 1 occasion cut my hands. The toothbrush heads have a small clear plastic cover over the head itself to protect it which I imagine would be good for traveling however I have not used them for this purpose because I simply detach the head from the body of the toothbrush and carry them separately. The toothbrushes themselves have the usual blue colour strip near the top which fades when you are supposed to change the toothbrush head however those of us who clean teeth more than once a day will find the blue strip fades very quickly and is not a decent reminder because following this I would change my toothbrush heads every couple of weeks! The heads are of a standard size which is I suppose, a medium toothbrush head size however this still seems rather large for my mouth but not as large as some of the other toothbrush heads which Philips have available. They are fairly good at getting to the back of my teeth especially around the wisdom teeth which are notoriously difficult to get around and so far I've had no real problems with toothbrush heads. The heads are not flat but do have a slightly bumpy surface allowing different parts of the bristles to get to different parts of your mouth and clean in some of the awkward spaces. I have repurchased these on more than one occasion and I've always been very happy with the toothbrush heads that I received they always seem genuine and have always arrived in good time and packaged well. My dentist has noticed that my teeth are well cared for and this in conjunction with flossing and mouthwashes have helped to keep my teeth in very good condition. However my mouth is narrow and I have been recommended to buy a smaller toothbrush head to get to the very back of my mouth and so I believe my next purchase will be of the smaller toothbrush heads which may be the child's versions. These are super toothbrush heads however they are a little expensive so if you can get free toothbrush heads in your pack this is the way to go

Good design, reansonable price.
Phillips Sonicare is a great cleaning system.I have tried a few from Oral B and Braun which were great cleaners however found Sonicare cared for my gums a bit better as well as providing a better clean. Of course, may be that I have weaker gums than others but the action overall of the Sonicare feels more natural, i.e. more in-line with how I brush manually as I prefer the up-down action of the Sonicare to the rotary action of many other brushes. The brush technology is also great as the heads have just the right level for firmness and flexibility.Probably being picky in giving this 4 instead of 5 stars but I'll retract 1 star for the overall negatives :1) The price could be lower by now, to be paying the same price for brush heads seems unusual. This is across the board so nothing to do with Amazon who consistently has the lowest prices on offer. Probably due to the success of the system.2) I replace my core every 2.5 years as that seems to be the point at which things start going wrong.Unlikely to try any other cleaning system in the foreseeable future......

BRUSH REPLACEMENT FREQUENCY & delivery charge
Recommendation is to replace brush heads every 3 months. I do not believe anyone will get 3 months use from any (manual)brush or (electric) brush head, I NEVER have. The "reminder" bristles on my first set went white (indicating change) after ONE week. Of course I ignored this and continue to use these brush heads whilst monitoring their condition.Having said that, the Sonicare is a wonderful toothcare gizmo and I give it 10 out of 10. Brusheads though are very expensive and it remains to be seen how economical they are as I'm still on my first set. Recommend buying your spares from Amazon as Philips' prices are astronomical - in the region of ยฃ20 for two brushes!Just ordered replacements but went for super saver as first class was ยฃ5.01. Probably due to the excessive packaging employed by Philips! Tiny brushes in a very big box with lots of plastic packaging.

It is a toothbrush !
It is a toothbrush head - does exactly what you need it to do - Two unanswered questions - why are they so expensive? I note that by Aug-2015 they are now charging twenty three pounds for three - a ridiculous price for a small day-to-day item (despite the fact, I'm sure it is precision engineering). It is only a piece of plastic and the price does not encourage anyone to change them every three-months as recommended by dentists & hygienists. The other question - why are the sold in threes? Unless you are a three person family this does not work.My advice, unfortunately, until Philips puts it prices down is to shop around carefully - there are none branded products out there - that fit and do the same job at a THIRD of the price - sorry Philips - but you have pushed even the most brand loyal customer away with this latest price hike.

Standard Sonicare toothbrush head replacements
To be honest there's not much to say about this product. When you buy a philips sonicare toothbrush, they supply you with two heads. After that, they need replacing - this was as cheap as I could find and what can I say? They are what you would expect. I was quite pleased that they all came with little caps (great for travelling and keeping the bristles protected) and also another little packet of coloured rings should you wish to change the colour of the band around the head. They do say as a guide to change the heads once the blue marked bristles lose their colour and turn white, but that would mean every 1-2 months or so for me I think. I tend to change the heads once I feel the bristles are a little less firm than they were originally which works out closer to around 3 months. (They are a bit pricey so I wouldn't want to be changing them more often than that I think).
