I have purchased so many of this type of adapter/charger. This is the first one that actually fits snugly in my iPad! It doesn’t wiggle around and lose the connection because the size is off from an original Apple cable. Also the previous adapters were really crappy with low volume for some reason. Volume with the same earbuds was either too loud or not loud enough…no perfect mid-setting. For one reason or another I am now able to adjust volume to the perfect in-between range exactly where I want it. Definitely recommend especially for iPad.

Work as an old car aux, as in the new cell. Recommend.

Using with iPhone 17 and older car with aux cable. Device works fine when audio signal is output from the iPhone 17. When no audio signal is output or device is not attached to the phone, the device makes rather loud noise or hum. Annoying such that I need to turn off the stereo or switch to a different audio source. Disappointing as this is second type of device I’ve tried. First one never worked right out of the box. I guess were Amazon’s QAQC department. 😉

This adapter is great! I love that I can charge my phone at the same time as using the headphone jack. The sound quality does not suffer as far as I can tell. I'm using it with a late model Samsung phone and it's completely compatible.

Ever since they started removing the headphone jack if I'm working out in the workshop I could either listen to my phone, or charge my phone but never both. I plug it into my stereo receiver with multiple external speakers and jam while doing some woodworking or whatever project I'm currently working on. The phone would be dead by the end of the day. Now I can plug into the receiver and charge it.

Works exactly as advertised! Sound is crisp and clear.
