Is the bag made in the USA?

Cut the tags off months ago and there are no other markings as to the bag’s country of manufacture.

I’m shooting military surplus rifles (Mosin, Enfield etc), would you reccommend this as a rear bag for those rifles?

Yes, I would say no problem. I shoot a few different 45-70’s, and a couple Rolling Blocks, as well as a BM-59, and even 22 rifles off this rear bag.
