Second jar in use!
I used a first jar of this ghee which I truly liked, It has a nice rich flavor and smooth texture, and it’s perfect for cooking or adding to meals. I am very happy with it so now purchased my second jar. Highly recommended!!

Spring sunrise organic grass fed ghee butter
I've been sampling ghee. Wow. They can be wildly different. This one is currently my very favorite. Love that it is organic, grass fed. To me - it smells exactly like freshly toasted and butter bread. It has a lovely, rich butter flavor. It's way too expensive. But so good. It's fun to experiment cooking with Ghee which is butter that has had the milk solids removed. You could make your own. Probably more economical. But I love this brand. Also, it's a glass jar! No plastic. I say it's worth a try if you're trying ghee! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. Better than others
Some of these ghee butters have a strange taste or turn into liquid if it’s warm in the house, but they say not to refrigerate. This one stays soft, but does not turn into liquid & the flavor is really good.

Versatile product
Flavor is better than other brands we've tried. Stays soft solid at room temperature. Other brands have turned liquid. Easy to spread. Excellent for sauteing.
