This pan has been used for over six months and has resisted scratches sometimes using a metal spatula. The pan is moderately heavy and offers good distribution of heat. As advertised v little oil is need and is non stick. Far far suprior to teflon.

Whilst heavy (because it's sturdily built) needs no oil, cooks things nicely, easy to keep clean.

Really sturdy frying pan. Easy to clean. Stays hot, doesn't cool down too quick. Very no stick.

This frying pan does seem very sturdy and well made, but noticeably heavier than my previous similar pans. I also find it doesn't transfer heat as effectively as my previous pans. When frying eggs I used to have my hob one notch down, but with this one I have it going full on.No problems with the non stick.

I like the fact that it very non stick when coming to cooking. Good test is fried eggs and they are done brilliantly with minimal oil. Very easy to clean. Pan was a little smaller than i thought, despite measurements being correct.

When it arrived it was not as expected. All non stick pans I have had before have been smooth and didn’t last. This pan is rough and looks and feels more robust. I was doubtful so the dry fried egg test was done. To my welcome surprise, an easily moving egg was cooked. Since then have cooked everything from steak to carbonara in it and it is truly non stick and cleans well.

Have been waiting for this size in this brand and here it is - fantastic quality!

Cette poêle est très épaisse et du coup, un peu longue à chauffer, mais je pense que cela évitera les déformations. N'accroche pas du tout.Très satisfaite de mon achat.
