Q: Can I wear these doing yoga?

If you are going to be supporting your body weight with your hands, I would have to say no. With the braces on you would be supporting your weight at the joint where your fingers meet your palm. If you are going to use these during yoga, I would either stay away from the poses where you are supporting your weight with your hands, or not wear them at all.

Q: i lift heavy weights and have very weak wrists. will these help to keep my wrist from bending so easy?

I have not tried lifting weights with the brace, but it is very rigid and would keep my wrist from curling inward. It is like a splint.
