This pillow is incredibly comfortable—just like the ones at high-end hotels. The “pillow in pillow” design gives the perfect mix of softness and support, and I never have to worry about feathers poking through. It feels well-made, with a soft cotton cover and quality stitching. I also appreciate that the down is responsibly sourced. I’ve tried a lot of pillows, but this one stands out. Whether you like soft or firm, it provides great sleep. Plus, the free pillow protector is a nice touch. Definitely worth it!

If I could leave zero stars, I would- it’s terrible, not soft, as flat as can bed, it would be like sleeping with nothing. Absolutely not worth the price at all

This pillow is far from fluffy and far from supportive for side sleepers. I have it with two other feather pillows of another brand underneath it and it is so flat and has a crinkle noise to it. I would’ve returned it, but I wanted to give it a shot and I am sorry I bought it. I did not return it. Not a good pillow at all.

It's not as firm as I expected but is comfortable enough for me to sleep on. There's a crinkle noise, minimal. My neck doesn't get stiff at night now. I do a quick fluff each evening when going to bed by pushing in from the ends to raise the center. Good pillow, does what is needed for side and back sleeping.

I was disappointed, the quality is good, but it is not soft.
