So confused with these clamps. My frame rails measure 1-1/8 inch. What size should I use?

This item will not accommodate a 1 1/8" rail. Please review item U 9006 that can go up to 1 1/4" width of the rail..

Is there a clamp size in between the large and small? I have a set of each. Small won't fit on the frame & Large come off when tightening down.

I think it was a piece of crap. Mine bent wider when I tighted it and came off after one night on the frame . Never could get it tight. And it was the right size for my frame.

What size for a queen size?

You need to measure your rails for your bed frame. The brackets come in 2 sizes. I purchased the 1-1/4" because they were the size my frame needed. I have a queen sized bed frame. Measure the depth of the 90 degree angle on your frame to determine if you need a 1" or the 1-1/4" brackets.
