Perfect griddle
This is a fantastic little griddle pan, perfect for everything from pancakes up to steaks. It heats and cooks evenly and was dead level when delivered. The protective handle is functional and esthetically pleasing.

Good for Sandwhiches
New and improved isn't always better. We had to replace an old griddle. We have a RR skillet and love it This has a different flat bottom that is just plain gray metal. Not as sturdy and not as even heating. Works ok for sandwiches. Pancakes will take some practice as it doesn't cook quite even

Quality pan
Love this pan. It is excellent for pancakes and anything like that. Nothing sticks to the pan and has been great for not scratching. Last flat on my glass cooktop.
