I finally purchased this scar cream after trying what feels like everything else on my C-section surgical scar. I've tried lotion, lemon juice, silicone scar strips, cocoa butter raw, aloe, bio oil, kelp gel, and CVS brand scar gel to name a few!Since C-section surgery I feel I've tried everything under the sun to fade my scars except this scar cream, which I had no prior experience with. Few products I tried gave promising results, only to have the effects immediately fade if not continuously applied or were way too expensive to continue.Since starting this scar cream, I've noticed significant improvements after 6 weeks of use. I noticed the scars flattening and lightening gradually with one application a day.Application: once a day after morning shower. A small amount goes a long way. I massage the cream into my scar, then lay down for about 10 minutes to let it absorb and dry before putting on dress. I go about my day and it flakes off throughout the day.I'm very hopeful that within the next few months my scar will be a lot less noticeable. I'll update this review with future results.I've attached before and after photos. Yes the lighting changed, but regardless you can tell the scars have drastically lightened and flattened.

I was sceptical but gave this Puriderma Scar Removal cream a try before going to have a tattoo to cover the scars, I'm so glad I used the cream in10days the scars began to fade at 25 days some scars disappeared & the deeper scars continue to fade. I have great faith in this cream. I'm amazed at the results so far. Would recommend. Cheaper than having the £600GBP tattoo & the tattoist said it could take up to year before the skin could be tattooed.

Two months ago I had an accident while we were BBQ, my right hand got burned seriously. Immediately cooled by ice and went to hospital. Doctor gave me some gel to apply daily and some medicine to take but one month later, my scar still looks very bad (see left pic). I searched on Amazon to see if I can find something and came across to this product. I used this scar cream every 3-4 hours daily and I can feel the cream moisturizing my scar. I keep applying it for 3 weeks and have seen my ugly scar get fade dramatically(see right pic)! I can be confident enough again to go out without covering my right hand with long sleeve. This’s a miracle to me and I will surely keep applying it at least one more month for better result. I probably will use it on my other old scars and I think it won’t disappointed me. I'm so happy with this scar cream and I highly recommend it.

Delivery was super quick and item was packaged nicely. I’ve only been using it for a few days but I can feel the difference already. The smell is subtle but quite nice and doesn’t take too long to dry as it is not oily. Would highly recommend.

I used Puriderma Scar Removal Cream for a month, I applied just in the evening, is advised to use twice a day, but I would forget in the morning and still I can see a big difference in the size of my scar, was very deep scar, now is not so deep scar.Has quite strong smell, herbal I would say but after applying few times I got used to it.This cream is really good.

I have been using the cream on a 21cm scar I have post knee surgery since May 2019.My scar has significantly reduced and received comments from friends and medical staff of how good my scar now looks.The cream is silky and light and a small amount goes a long way.A product that really does work.
