I cannot give a proper review since it did not work when I installed it. It was a prefect fit but I don't know if the issue was with the fan or my laptop since the laptop ended up dying shortly after. I had been having issues with my laptop already. Original fan did break though.

perfect fit, replacement cooling fan
I ordered this to replaced the cooling fan in my HP Pavillion laptop. This was my first do-it-yourself laptop repair and it went well, despite the number of screws involved in removing the laptop's casing.But I had to get the fan itself before I was able to identify and order the exact model fan needed. Once I received the new one, the fan was very easy to remove and replace. I was a bit nervous about getting everything lined up correctly during the re-assembly of the laptop, but everything worked fine in the end.
