This portable a/c was a total disappointment. With all instructions followed, it operated as a fan - and a very weak one at that. No cool air produced whatsoever, despite the ice cubes, cold water and proper settings. Returned. I will save my money and just get a proper room A/C.

We had to keep two kittens that were found in our barn in the un air-conditioned tack room throughout the month of July. I kept this in that room and used ice cubes & water and it definitely helped cool the temperature down!

I wouldn’t buy this again. It barely blows and it’s LOUD. Water leaks out and it burns through quick and dies in about 5-10 mins HONESTLY. the remote works fine as long as you press it HARD. We bought it for a road trip and the comfort level just made it more muggy then “ cooling effect” it offered in the summer. Power level is bad. It is not worth the money. Cord it came with was small. Just don’t buy it. ✌🏻

Smaller than I thought, but it works for a small bedroom. I can’t say the water makes a difference but it cools down a room slowly. Will recommend it only if your room is a smaller space

My husband uses this in our mud / computer room in summer. Fine if it's not too hot out. Has had some issues with water not spraying out right. Tbh I hope it has a warranty. Fan is not as strong as you'd hope so ok for a very small space. Absolutely needs ice in water to be cool. Has a remote and has colors but I wish it was a stronger fan and more dependable water mechanism

Fan cooler is pretty good but small size. It would have been nice if it was a little bit larger size.

Stopped working 90 days later and began SMOKING while plugged. Bought 2 of these. Very concerned the working unit could start smoking and/or catch fire!!! Disappointed! Return or replace window is closed!
