This item was purchased as a present for my partner, who is an iPhone user and therefore well used to the apple OS. The item arrived on time (next day) and apart from the packaging not being original looked like new. She is delighted with it.It was a simple task to transfer all her apps, photographs and videos from her phone to the iPad. She is very pleased at the speed with which it operates compared to her phone (an iPhone 6s Plus) and will I'm sure get several years use out of it. If this is a typical example of "renewed" items from this seller, I will happily use them again in future and would recommend other buyers to look at their offerings before overpaying for a new apple item.

Cosmetic damages and poor battery life
Battery life is rubbish it goes off with 30 minutes and also item has cosmetic damage and I had to return it and awaiting my refund and response from seller

I’ve bought refurbished iPads in the past and had no problems. This time however, I’m extremely disappointed. Touchscreen not always very responsive and don’t even get me started on the battery life! My years old iPad which this item was bought to replace had a longer battery life. Next time, I’ll be buying new.

Outstanding refurbished product that really is like new
Bought this beautiful gold iPad Air 2 as a birthday present to replace my wife’s iPad 1 it will blow her mind. Cosmetically identical to new there is not a mark on it. I used the connect the iPad to my PC trick to determine the battery life. It is 92%. First rate service backed by Amazon. What’s not to like?

I’m a very happy customer. The iPad arrived quickly & box, iPad and USB charger all look New. Syncs easily with my iphone and I’ve been using it over the last few days.
