すごくいいです！

プラスチックからの変更です。 サスティーンが格段によくなり、 音の輪郭もハッキリしました！

加工しやすく、安いヤマハのギターでしたが交換後はサスティンがすごいことになりました。 ただ、オクターブピッチを合わせるには、最初から上部がカットされていますから難しいですね。 プレゼントなのでそのまま渡してしまいましたw

勢い余って少し幅を削りすぎてしまいましたが、安いのでまた購入すると思います。とにかく削りやすいですね。響きは悪くはないです。ただ、今回取り付けたギターの場合は6弦のピッチがローフレットではまぁまぁですが、ハイフレットでズレてしまい、どう正確に調整するか悩んでいます。さて〜どうしましょうか？

商品の詳細に記載されているサイズに誤りがあります。 【誤】商品の詳細 長さ：73.86mm 厚み：3.25mm 高さ：11.17mm 【正】実パッケージ 長さ：76.72mm 厚み：3.14mm 高さ：9.32mm サイズは最も重要な情報です。 当方はあらかじめ型番とサイズを調べて購入したので間違わずに済みましたが、長さ74mm前後のサドルをお探しの方はご注意ください。

ＹＡＭＡＨＡＦＳ－８５０に加工したがピッチが合わず、テンションがバラバラ。この形は加工が難しい。 お蔵入りとなった。ウクレレはいい感じに仕上がった。

TUSQのサドルは、安価に音量アップ、音質改善ができるので、たいへん気に入っています。 特に高音がきれいに伸び、ギターがイキイキと鳴る感じです。 この型番は、強めの弦長補正（ピッチ補正）が予め入っているタイプ。 弦長補正によりサドルに掛かる弦圧が変化するため、サドル下にピエゾPUが入っているエレアコでは、弦ごとの音量がバラつく要因になります。この修正はなかなか大変なので、どうぞご注意を。 ※上面カーブを純正サドルにぴったり合わせるのが基本。弦を張って音量バランスを確認し、状況によって上面（場合によっては底面）をわずかずつ削り、バランスをとります。純アコ、アンダーサドルPUでないエレアコでは、この問題は生じません。

My guitar comes with a bone saddle. I tend to keep 2 saddles (summer/winter). Needed a bit more action for Winter. This safdle is the perfect replacement. It is compensated nd just needs filing for optimal height.

I used this to upgrade the bridge on my Yamaha FG800. It took some shaping and it is quite a bit too tall, but not too much work overall. It is a bit wide and thick as well. That said it is the closest fit for the tusq line so if you have a FG you want this one. The change in tone is dramatic. The guitar is immediately brighter, louder, and has more sustain. There is also more definition between notes, and there is a noticeable increase in sympathetic harmonics happening. Comparatively, the stock bridge is dark and mushy. It took some getting used to but the tusq is a superior sound. I upgraded the bridge, nut and bridge pins on the fg800 all to tusq and it has really transformed this guitar into something more like $1k instrument. The bridge changed the tone the most but everything was worthwhile and very affordable. I also picked up a cheap set of fret erasers and polished the frets up. Huge playability difference with that little bit of work. This fg is my camping/beater guitar and now it is quite nice. I also have a d28 and while the Martin is still superior these minor upgrades have got the fg a lot closer.

I fitted this to my Yamaha fg700. 10 year old budget guitar with solid top that was already pretty good. But I was looking at more expensive guitars. It had a plastic saddle and cost £160 10 years ago. Anyway, this saddle needs sanding, particularly for its excessive height. Use low grade sandpaper to get the height down quickly as you will be there all day with fine grit. Use a flat table and just rub onto the sandpaper evenly by hand. It took me 25 minutes to fit and I you are patient there is nothing to go wrong. Afterwards I was shocked by how much louder the guitar seemed. The plastic saddle had a definite damping effect on the guitar. I have had to adjust my playing style. The sound seems now more open a bit like a martin. Only it is not a martin as you can hear the difference. Overall my experience has been very positive. I will hang onto my Yamaha now, its like a new instrument and I feel I can grow more with it. Recommended upgrade for cheap plastic saddled guitars.

Perfetto, esattamente ciò che mo serviva. Dovevo sostituire la selletta della mia Epiphone Himmingbird perchè il lavoro fatto in precedenza dal luitaio non mi soddisfaceva. La vecchia parte ballava nella sede del ponte e poggiva su piezo spessorato con un foglietto di cartone, insomma un vero disastro. Seguendo le istruzioni del video del costruttore, con un minimo di manualità, si può installare correttamente la nuova selletta. Ho eliminato anche il pickup piezo in favore di un'amplificazione differente. Sono davvero soddisfatto di questo upgrade sulla chitarra, percepisco un aumento di volume e un miglioramento della trama armonica. I prodotti in Tusq della Grap Tech sono sempre una garanzia. Non mi resta che cambiare liutaio!

Lo compre para ajustar la altura de las cuerdas de mi APX600 para no tener que modificar la selleta original en caso de que me quedara mal el trabajo, requiere que se desbaste en los 3 sentidos para que encaje, lo hice con una lija de grano fino 220. El sonido mejora pero no en exceso, al menos no en esta guitarra. Es importante que quede perfectamente plana de la parte que sienta para que el piezo eléctrico del afinador no se deje de presionar.
