The problem wasn't the seller it was the shipper.These seller even offered a compensation for problems the shipper caused would recommend if your needs for log splitter in closing the thing works great thanks again

Delivery was not free
The log splitter is what I expected and am pleased with the unit. The process of delivery was painful. The Amazon advertise free shipping to your location did not happen. In order to get the unit shipped to my location would’ve been $100 plus if tailgate service was required, which it was would’ve been an additional $60. Or I could pick up the package at the closest shipping depot For free which was 30 miles away and required a trailer and once Home a tractor to unload the unit and then assemble it. I would not purchase this unit again this way if I knew the process I was about to undertake.
