Hmmm it was previously opened according to the condition of the package. It was intact as far as I could tell. The “program” needed to operate was nowhere on my apps store. Completely useless purchase. Not even worth the effort to try to return it. I sure hope someone else likes it better than me....From the looks of the pics for the app it’s definitely intended for a child or even a toddler..... I’m neither of these.

I have owned the activity tracker for about one year. It worked fine up until 4 days ago. There is a problem with the App, it is in an "unhandled exception" error and I am unable to get help from Ibitz. The customer service number doesn't work and they have never responded to my email request. I have since ordered a new activity tracker. I definitely do not recommend this Ibitz activity tracker.

This was a great little device, besides having to have its battery changed frequently, but now it's completely unusable. Without the iPhone app, you can't read your steps, and now the app is dead. If you go to their website, the app says DISCONTINUED. So apparently they have no intention of supporting this product. The tracker itself has stopped production as well. Trust me when I tell you, if you buy this you're flushing your money down the drain.

This particular step tracker, when reading the information that was posted on Amazon, only syncs with Iphones. I do not own an Iphone and do not plan on purchasing one. Would have been nice to know before I paid for this.

Received with a battery almost dead with a new battery changed it out within a day battery was have gone mailed back to seller for a replacement same thing occurred the screws are very small and hard to change out batteries.

I purchased this as my first fitness trackerit only tracks the steps I take nothing elsevery basicI don't take the time to sit there and look at all the achievement badges

The battery life isn't great, but you get an extra one in the package. The free app that it interfaces with could use some improvements. Otherwise this is a great, cheap tracker.

To begin with I was very impressed with this product. However, after two days of use I could not get it to wake up and sync. It then worked fine again the next day. But that seems to have been the last time it would work have not been able to sync it since and will be returning it tomorrow for a full refund and will be purchasing the Fitbit Zip instead.

The app doesn't synchronize as you expect. It is necessary to switch off the app and then restart it every time. Moreover, I lost my first unit and I bought a second one. I couldn't find a way to have the second one recognized by the app, so I have asked to the technical support. I sent emails and phoned. No answer. It is like the company doesn't exist. Shamefully consistent...

Delivered on time but boxes damaged, scratched, really disappointing. I will be returning as they were a gift for our kids for Christmas.

Received fast. Not set up for anything other than ipad/iPhone / I pod not very clear on information about the item. Very disappointed

I purchased one of these for myself and a kid one for my son. A bit of work to set them up initially but, since then, the I it's has worked flawlessly and been a lot of fun. My son and I compete to see who can log 10,000 steps first on any day. Great motivator to get out there and walk. We haven't been monitoring vigorous exercise, that comes next. So small that I forget I'm wearing it. and the clasp is metal and very strong. My husband and daughter now want one! Ibitz lets the adult add people so that I can view the results of my son and friends. It shows the steps taken in hourly, daily, weekly or monthly graphs. For example, at the end of the day I can view my steps and see which hours I was more active. It monitors weight and vigorous activity as well. This is our first exercise monitor and I it really delivers.
