I bough this device since i have an external ssd i want to plug into my iPhone and this works perfectly! just make sure there is power that comes into the usb-c port, and then plug in the ssd or device into the usb-a, and it will work perfectly!

Esto NO funciona para iphone TIENE que decir OTG, no silve para nada con el iphone. No lo lee 👎🏻 This DOES NOT work for iPhone. IT MUST say OTG. It doesn't work at all with the iPhone. It doesn't read it. 👎🏻

It worked well

This adapter allows me to use a variety of USB SSD drives or flash drives on my 2019-vintage iPad Air 3. The Files app is robust enough now to show my external drives as another source of files. I can move files to the external drive or simply run files from drives. I do a lot of PDF reading, note taking, and editing while working off-site and offline. It is handy to take a large library with me and simply attach a drive when I need to move the files around. The adapter is very lightweight but seems sufficiently sturdy for the tasks at hand. Type C drives only connect through a separate Type C-to-USB adapter (not included). The lighting plug on the adapter will not pass data. I do find that between the cable length of the drive cable and the short lightning cable to plug into the device make the whole assembly a bit long and clumsy (see image). I am happy to have this. I use a couple of SSDs and a number of flash drives. It’s great to have access to the Files app wherever I am.

I use a ton of various USB devices with my Ipads when traveling. I've lost a few of the OEM ones, and it gets pricey to keep extras on hand. Enter the Wahbite. With Midi keyboards, external mice, USB microphones and other devices, worked great with no issues or warnings. One caveat is that this won't provide power for hard drives or other devices needing it. But luckily you can simply use a small powered hub, and plug it into the adapter. Good fit and finish, and most important has a pass through power jack. No complaints, and an absolute great price point that is 1/4 of the OEM.

Dopo avere provato prodotti di altre marche tutti non funzionanti, finalmente trovo questo che funziona, 4 stelle perché mi sembra un pò fragilino.

Ik kocht deze adapter voor mijn dochter. Haar iPhone 14 zat vol met foto's. Met deze adapter aangesloten op de netadapter van de iPhone is het mogelijk om de foto's ononderbroken over te zetten naar een usb-stick of externe hdd zonder eigen adapter. Dit zou anders niet kunnen omdat de batterij van de iPhone onmiddelijk leeg zou raken. Kortom een prima hebbedingetje voor iPhone lovers.
