Cut the little cable bridge.
Cut the little bridge part! Or it won’t fit. Other than that works great. Don’t strip the tiny screws.

Did not fit a Beat Studio pro headphone
I've got a Beat Studio pro and all the screws keep coming out. These do not fit, they are to big.

Replaced the cursed hinge on Beats Studio Pro
After a few months of gentle treatment, the hinge on my Studio Pros bit the dust. At the time, this product didn't have any reviews but did have free amazon returns, so I took a chance. Headphones are like new now. Gave three stars because the screwdriver included with my kit is NOT the correct star pattern for the screws in the hinge. Use a bright light, a magnifying glass, whatever you need to in order to look very closely at the pattern vs the screwdriver and make sure it's the right one. If it isn't you'll end up with stripped screws, a bad mood, and still-busted headphones.
