Ginebra One Key Gin, 70 cl

This is a beautiful gin with a lovely after taste possibly of ginger. The bottle is unique although it is a pity that the key doesn't sit snug in bottom.

Really disappointed. You would think that buying a product called "one key gin" there would be a check that the all important "key" is present, but no. Fantastic looking bottle and I'm sure the gin is great but to have it delivered without a way to open the bottle renders it useless as a gift. Yes, I'll find a work-around to get to the content but at over £40 I really shouldn't need to. The supplier of this product doesn't accept returns either. They need to try harder and do better

Had to purchase just for the bottle, but the gin doesn't disappoint either. Great flavour just being mixed with plain tonic and a slice of lime or lemonThe one flaw is the design of the bottle makes it difficult to pour without spilling a little or bit of gin going into the lip of the top. I was expecting the whole top piece to unscrew once opened with the keyHack to get around is a quick pour I found and now have no wasting at all, obviously hard to actually measure (If anyone does pub measures at home) which in my case the more the better!!

Ich muss zugeben, ich habe diesen Gin aufgrund der ungewöhnlichen Flasche gekauft.Geschmacklich finde ich ihn auch ok, sehr mild, man kann ihn problemlos pur trinken. Mit kräftigemTonic geht er unter...Irritierend finde ich aber, dass die Flasche nicht versiegelt ist. Der Schlüssel war bei mir bei 2 Lieferungen unten mit Tesa festgeklebt, die eigentliche Flaschenöffnung war aber nicht versiegelt und ich konnte beim erstmaligen Öffnen auch kein Geräusch wahrnehmen, dass innen irgendein zusätzlicher Sicherheitsverschluss angebracht gewesen wäre. Die erste Lieferung war teilweise ausgelaufen, hier dachte ich noch an einen Irrtum, aber auch bei der Ersatzlieferung war es genauso, auch hier war die Flasche wieder "offen", auch wenn diesmal nichts ausgelaufen war.Theoretisch könnte in der schönen Flasche also sonstwas drin sein. Es ist zwar definitiv Gin und zugunsten amazons will ich auch mal annehmen, dass es der angegebene Gin ist, aber dass die Flasche quasi nur normal zugeschraubt verkauft wird, finde ich nicht wirklich toll.Auch das Einschenken aus der Flasche gestaltet sich als nicht so einfach, man kann damit nicht vernünftig kleine Mengen in ein Glas gießen, da geht jedes Mal etwas daneben.Insgesamt also eher eine Enttäuschung, geschmacklich flach und die tolle Aufmachung hält nicht, was sie verspricht.
