I am unsure about the benefits of fat burners, and I have tried a few.One thing I can say is that the composition, batch and expiry date are exactly identical to the Iron Labs Nutrition T5 Xtreme fat burners which have a 4* review average and are £3.00 more.As these are identical and cheaper have left a review given that they will perform no different.

I started a week ago. My appetite has definitely decreased. I'm five times sporting and I feel more energy. I guess it takes a week or two to make a difference in weight.

Didn't notice much difference but have increased training lately

Ordering my 2nd tub now. Been taking them since February or so, stuck to 2-3 a day and I can definitely see improvement. Combined with 5-6 days a week workout, cardio and diet change I can see a difference. Weight loss, more energy & focus. Recommended!
