Like the title says, these are pure salt tablets. I was a little worried at first about how big they would be since they are 1 gram each, but they are actually quite small, just a little circle, smaller than a dime. I got them for POTS, and they have honestly been such a helpful and easy way to reach my daily salt goal. I usually only need one, which is great.I would recommend taking them with food, though, since I noticed they can cause a bit of an upset stomach on an empty stomach.
