I received it with a broken applicator

I have been searching for a neutral lipstick that I didn't have to reapply all day cause really... who has time for that??? I am a medium-tan skin tone and the Global Citizen was perfect for the shade I was wanting. I did not, however, like the gloss that came with it. I'm just not a glossy type girl and I found it to be a bit sticky. Instead I use the Topcoat from Covergirl Outcast and a lip prep balm before applying. After the Topcoat, I dab my lips to remove the little bit of shine and they remain moist. This method has lasted about 5 hours without retouch which is plenty good for me. For me this was a really good buy.

The product does what I want but the shade Global citizen leaves a purple hue on my lips. It was supposed to be the alternative to my nyx lip butter in shade praline which i love so much but doesn’t last long. I’m going to need a warmer nude without the cool, purplish undertones. Otherwise it’s a great find just wrong color.
