Made a big difference to my skin last winter
I have been taking this brand for about 8 months and found that my skin was so much less dry this winter as a result. Normally, I would have to use very thick occlusive moisturiser in winter and haven’t had to do so. I think it’s also had a small impact on fine lines. I think you have to take products like this regularly and consistently to get results. I would not be without this supplement now.

I'm now on my third pot of these supplements. I suffer from dry skin, hence my purchase, but I can't say these have helped, I know food supplements are hard to review, so I can only speak from my own experience, they may work for others.
