I love chocolate! But need to get fit this a perfect middle gound
I have huge sweet tooth but on a journey to get healthier and more fit . This is a perfect middle ground it has many nutritional values. In the beginning it did disturb my stomach a little such as flatulence. There is a lot of powder for the money and I still have a lot left ! The texture is a little weird if not blended completely . And with a ripe banana in the mixture before you blend is amazing and creamy. I use lactose free milk and it tastes amazing!
