Good quality and good price

I've had back problems for a few years now and ever since I got this and been using it I've been feeling a major difference the back roller is firm and durable and definitely gets the job done the band is great for stretching and resistance training the ball works good for problem areas in the back and buttocks as well as the foot and if you have a friend to use the little bag roller on you it hurts so good I highly recommend this product and it comes with a handy bag making transport easy

I have needed one of these and this set is perfect! Gives relief and easy to store. It is pretty firm.

The bigger foam piece is not effective when a smaller framed person such as my self uses it, causes more discomfort than relief, the ball works great on the neck, traps and feet, the piece with the handles also works great on the neck and feet.

I use a larger roller for my legs. Needed something more compact to get into the crevices of my joints. This fit the bill. Great quality and gets the job done.

The items are as described and is as they appear on the photo: rollers (a larger hollow cylinder for massaging muscles by rolling on it, and a smaller one that works like a rolling pin to massage muscles), a small hard ball about the size of a tennis ball for massaging muscles in the back, a rubber band for resistance or stretching exercises, all fitting into a carrying bag.
