I get really frustrated when I take the time to look at multiple sellers and price compare, and find the right color, since this is a surprise gift to my daughter. A new tablet all set up and ready for her. The picture looks like a baby or sky blue, but this is more like a deep Royal blue, which my daughter dislikes. I'm very disappointed in the color discrepancy. There is good depth in the silicone at the front of the tablet, which I like. But the silicone material is also pretty slick, so I think it will be dropped easily because it slides right out of my hands.

I had previously purchased one of these for my 7 year old grandsons Fire tablet. This one was for my granddaughters off brand tablet. She's 3 and has already broken my expensive tablet so I got her a cheapo one of her own. I knew this cover would fit her tablet even if the holes didn't line up. It is working great. She has dropped her tablet and no damage. The sides are soft enough that I can push on/off and volume buttons and yet it still protects. I had to cut an area for the charging cable and it went smoothly with no tearing. I'm quite happy with the purchase. And even better if her current tablet lasts until she's a bit more responsible I'll upgrad he to a Fire tablet and use this cover.

Adding thIs silicone sleeve around your Kindle device not only makes the device easier to hold for longer periods but also adds a bit of drop protection in the event that it would ever be needed. The only thing I would like to see as a feature, although not a big deal breaker is to have a cutout for the memory card slot. Since this sleeve can be easily removed, it won’t be too hard to get off if you ever need to change the memory card, but would make a nice addition. While the device may be a bit harder to hold comfortably one handed while on your Fire, the added material make it easier to operate the touch screen keyboard as your hands usually won’t touch other areas of the screen and cause unintended input. The texture on the back also offers slip free and secure operation.

Just received my cover today and so far I love it! One of my concerns is what was that any cover I got might be too big to fit in a small purse. This is fine .it is not as snug as I would have liked it to be, it went on easily., doesn't seem as if it will slide off. As you can see from the picture the charging cord that came with the Kindle fits in easily with the case on. All of the appropriate speakers cameras and other accessory openings seem to be fine also. It's soft but easy for me to grip I like the slightly raised edge around the screen because now my fingers don't touch the screen when I'm holding it and get it all smudgy. So, for now this gets 5 Stars if that changes I'll let you know in an updated review.UpdateIt stretches over time, and becomes loose. Charger cord hole shifted to the right, and I had to nip the case so the cord would fit. but then it would shift and cord would fall out. Had to remove cover few months ago.

My girls like the cases. The colors are bright and pretty. So far pretty durable. The only problem was that the power button on the case didn’t exactly match up or kept pressing the power button in the tablet so that the tablet wouldn’t stay on. Instead of sending it back I just cut a little material of of the inside of the case where the power button should’ve lined up and that solves the problem. I didn’t have time to go through the return process, I needed the cases to work right away.

I didn't want my kindle to look like it's for children but I myself am clumsy:) it's very effective, I can grip it really well and the black isn't really noticeable at all. All the holes line up perfectly and I don't find myself pulling, picking and playing with the edges as I read, minor irritation I know but irritating nontheless.

I got I got the cover for my granddaughter because she's dropping things all the time and I knew that eventually she would drop that too and sure enough I bought the cover and I've seen her drop her fire twice no worries though because this cover is excellent especially for children and it fits great so if you have a child and you spend $100 on a Fire tablet this is something you want to get thank you guys you have saved me money already

Bought this for a 8 year old who has broken two kindles before by dropping them desired to by this protection this time it works breathe has dropped it several times lol so far and it still works. Thank God it was getting expensive. Will be buying one for little sister an is getting a kindle for her b-day in a few months. I would highly recommend this for kids and some adults too lol.

we bought this for a new tablet after having an older version our old cover had holes where the buttons were making it very easy to push the buttons. This one has covers over the buttons which is supposed to probably protect the tablet more however I found it harder to push the power and volume buttons.

This is a great case..Fits perfect and offers great protection for my new Kindle Fire, which I also love..

Kiddo likes the colour (pink). Seems to be protecting the tablet well.

Is a good tablet because we added more memory to it. Granddaughter likes it!
