Minimal set up, just plug it in and ready to go. Used it for 6 weeks so far. Felt relaxing benefits right away. But....from the sheet? Took it off yesterday and woke up with my pain back again. Coincidence? Will wash it and put it back on the bed tomorrow. Then we'll know better. But right now, this a good quality, effective, inexpensive, painless intervention for various aches and pains. I like it.

If you’re debating this sheet—just get it. The fabric is soft, and it fits my 14" mattress perfectly. I was surprised it came with a grounding tester. I tried it, then did a deeper check (see my video) and it passed with flying colors. Price is fair, too. I actually went to bed with a headache and it was gone before I fell asleep—can’t promise results for everyone, but that was my experience. Pro tip: Don’t plug it into a busy outlet. Use a dedicated outlet to avoid negative energy.

Great sheet. Comes with the tester and is easy to set up. Plug fits with my other sheets so no need to change the plugs. I had been looking for a black/grey version in a full and finally found this one. Super pleased with this purchase.

First of all, I think this is a valuable tool to stay healthy, BUT the ad description says “sheets”, so imagine my surprise when I opened the package and it was just a fitted sheet. Ok. We can deal with that. I have lots of other sheet sets. I’ll use one of those flat sheets. Today I washed it for the first time and was disappointed that the seam is already coming apart and they shrunk so much, I really didn’t think I was going to be able to put it back on my bed.

If you have neuropathy or Arthritis, these are the sheets for you. The negative ion grounding sheets are amazing with the way you feel when you get up after sleeping on them. The way they make you feel in the morning is transcending. You don't have the back pain, the hip pain. The wrist, ankle, or foot pain that you're used to. These sheets make you feel like you're a new person with the way they help with all your pains. They have deep pockets to fit the larger mattresses, and they do not have any problems with staying in place.

I love these sheets so much and I love how easy it is to connect their fabric is fresh and does not move in bed. It feels very good to rest on these cotton sheets after a day of work and their grounding relaxes you a lot. I am very happy with my purchase.
