So far, I’m absolutely loving the restful, comfortable sleep and reduction in inflammation since using these grounding sheets! The fabric is soft, breathable, and skin-friendly for my sensitive skin. I've been using the sheet for 2 weeks and wouldn't say that I have noticed any changes. That being said my fitbit sleep score the past 2 weeks ranged from 80-85 and was only 72-79 the 2 weeks before I started using the sheets. The sheet itself feels average quality. It is not really soft but it's not scratchy or uncomfortable either. It was easy to fit on the bed and has stayed in place. I was a little confused what to do with the tool that was included and wished it had come with instructions in the box. After looking online I was able to get it "plugged in" and working quite easily. I would love to see more color options but as a bottom sheet the neutral color works.

Have heard about the possible positive benefit of sleeping on a ground sheet, so wanted to give it a try. It is made of good quality material and is comfortable. Have tried it a week. Other than being comfortable as my other good quality normal sheets, I did not experienced any of the added benefit that it claims. For the price of $59.99, it is very expensive for just a single bed sheet.

Very comfortable sheet, nice fit and good quality, easy to use and as described, no issues sleeping, good functionality to ground your body while sleeping.

I’ve been reading a lot about these and how much it helps you sleep and a good sleep so I finally got them to try them out. I would have to say I have been sleeping through the night and waking up feeling rested.

It's only been about 2 weeks so it's hard to say if it is working, time will tell. In the meantime, I have nothing bad to say about this, it was easy to machine wash, the cord it comes with is very long so it's easy to find somewhere to ground it. It's comfortable to sleep on, I don't feel any difference between this grounding sheet and a regular sheet. In hindsight I wish I would've went with the gray color instead of white...but that's on me! It comes with a 8x11 card, front and back that explain the benefits of this grounding sheet, which I found interesting.
