I was slightly skeptical buying a "pretty" case for my new MacBook Pro, since the prettier options for cases usually seem to be less stable for some reason. Fortunately, this case was not only very simple to snap on and secure, but GORGEOUS. I'm not really a "pink" person, but I'm absolutely in love with this case. It seems to look a little bit different in every room of my house too! Different lighting makes it even more beautiful.The keyboard cover is a really pretty shade of pink too. Its hard to adjust to typing with it on, but once you get used to it, it's actually really great. It's reassuring to have a keyboard cover that actually covers the entire thing (without covering my Touch Bar), preventing dust, condensation/water, or crumbs from getting between the keys.It also stays on VERY well and feels extremely sturdy! Just double check your model number to make sure you get the right one, and it snaps on completely (the top and bottom pieces) with no issues, and stays on!My crappy pictures do this case no justice, and could never capture how sparkly and pretty this thing is, let alone the quality of it. I will definitely be ordering this in more colors in the near future!

does not fit the new MacBook 2020 A2179 even the seller states it does

I was leery of ordering a cover since there are so many model numbers. I have the new 2018 MacBook Pro 15". Just as background I was pretty unhappy that the long awaited new MacBook Pro 2018 was so easily scratched and came with two identical nicks that Apple ™ refused to replace. By the time I realized I needed a protective cover I had vowed to de-apple my life! If they can't stand behind their brand new fresh out of the box product, then they are at the very least greedy, immoral manufacturers that don't care about their customers.That being said I received my new cover today and had it installed within minutes. The graphics are clear and I love the way it enhances the way my MacBook Pro looks and functions. The keyboard cover even makes typing easier. I type very fast and this cover makes me more accurate somehow. Five Stars and Two Thumbs Up!

This does NOT fit the A2179 2020 MacBook Air, so beware. I have been trying to hunt one down for over a month now. They all say they fit, but they truly do not as the 2020 is a tad thicker. Please remove that the case fits the 2020, because it doesn't. If anyone can suggest one that fits and does not come off, please refer!

**edit** I downgraded this rating from 2 stars to 1 because I now have to buy another case since this one broke. All the edges cracked off and it has not even been a year. Unbelievable it didn’t even last that long. Don’t waste your money. Buy something else that’ll last.At first I loved this case. The colors are vibrant and the different options they offer are really awesome. It was easy to install and the keyboard cover surprisingly stays on. The problem is within a month the first pieces started to crack off. I’m not rough with this and store it away every day so I’m not sure what caused it. It has only gotten worse since then. It’s been about 4 months and multiple pieces of the case have cracked or broken off and the largest piece came off today. It just cracked and fell off. The keyboard cover is starting to wear quickly too. I knew it would wear eventually but the letters and design shouldn’t be rubbing off already.

Absolutely love this case! It looks and feels like leather, with the perfect cutout for the Apple logo. Easy to install and fits perfectly.Note though, that the option to select the case for model A1708 doesn't let you choose between touch bar or no touch bar, so if you have the latter version like I do, the keyboard cover won't cover the first row (function keys). So, I'm going to have to order another cover separately. I wish they wouldn't lump the two versions together as that bar is a major difference in detail.Also note that the top cover is navy blue "leather", but the bottom cover is matte black.

I bought this for my granddaughters birthday and she received it yesterday. She loved it, and it fit her computer perfectly and she was even more surprised with the matching keyboard cover. It looked great and we all were very, very happy with this purchase.

Absolutely beautiful design. It fits my Macbook Air perfectly & makes it easy for me to spot. I like the extra protection provided without any extra bulk.I also like the keyboard cover. It sits in place nicely and makes the keys have a softer touch. I also like that the cover protects my keyboard against dust and splashes.

The item is only ok, design is good but the it's quite hard to fit with the laptop, you have to be careful otherwise you will end up scratching your laptop at the edges. The quality is not sturdy, can be easily broken as its made of plastic which is easy to break.The keyboard protector is WRONG SIZE as it covers the touchbar even though the description says its for macbook pro (touchbar). I have to cut the upper tab (ESC F1-12) so I can use the touchbar.expensive for what it is as it does not do what it says.

The product is absolutely rubbish the clips to hold the cover to the laptop snapped within 24 hours I’ve tried every which way possible to contact the supplier without any luck hate for such a negative review and would really appreciate a reply from the supplier

I love this cover for my MacBook Pro. The cover simply snapps into place on the top and the bottom. It fits snugly without any shifting. The apple symbol shows through and the cut out is perfectly placed. The computer doesn't overheat at all with the bottom plate on, which was a concern of mine. The design of the case is beautiful and the colours are vibrant. The keyboard cover stays in place. It doesn't cover the top row of keys, but I don't mind. Overall, I'm really happy with this purchase. It makes my computer seem a little less fragile without adding lots of bulk.

Only covered some keys so it's not covering the top row! I don't know what to this of this. I triple checked I ordered the right kind for my A1708 model and look at how keys from esc button to start button are not covered. Otherwise it's great. I will be asking for replacement from the seller...

I'm not a fan of the top piece having a hole cut out for the Apple logo, because it's an easier way for dust to get in and scratch the computer. Before I ordered, I couldn't find an answer as to whether it had this or not because the photos were of a MacBook Air even though it was the MacBook Pro compatible item I was ordering and I've ordered others I thought would have the hole but they didn't. I was hoping this one didn't, but figured I'd risk it. It does have it. Not a big deal, just a little annoyed about it.After I put the bottom piece on, I noticed it had an orange stain. After checking the packaging it looks like it was right where the glue or tape was holding the label together and it leaked through the paper, staining the plastic. Really disappointed about that, but at least it's on the bottom.
