I didn't see any difference in weight loss after using these, so I won't be buying them again. I have found alternative methods and seeing improvements already. These patches kept rolling up on my stomach, and no matter how many times I put them back flat, they did it again. They probably work for some people, but not for me.

Hopefully these will do as the adverts say. Delivery took a while but they were well wrapped and good value. Remains to be seen if they work.
