8 ft Long Stretching Strap for Physical Therapy, Yoga, Pilates, Ballet, After Workout Stretching

I am very happy with this purchase. I need to do stretching due to my back pain but it has been difficult to do it. but This strap made it much easier for me to work the muscles in my body, making stretching easy for me. seems like my muscles are getting flexible with each use. It is a great product and I am using in everyday. 5 stars!!!

I recently had back surgery and needed a good band for stretching to help progress in my recovery. This band fit the bill. The periodic loops on the reverse side are great for getting the band to be the right size for you. I am 6'2" tall and can get them around the bottom of my feet for a hamstring stretch without needing the full length of the band. My only small complaint, and why it gets 4 stars instead of 5, is that it is quite slippery on the one side. It is so smooth as to be almost slippery when you are trying to position a foot on it. Eventually I can get it positioned, but sometimes it annoys me. Again, a very mild complaint for a decent product at this price point. It feels very durable but I haven't used it long enough to truly say.

I loved the padded handles, they made it so it didn't dig into my skin when I applied pressure.
