I love this product because it helps with inflammation. I am allergic to most arthritis medications and was looking for something to help with inflammation that I could take as a natural supplement too. I'm so glad I found this product! I can definitely tell a difference in my bones. As an added benefit is how it makes me feel like I'm thinking clearer, as well as not as stressed. As a mom of a 16 year old and 2 under 2 I'm always on the move with constant stress. This seems to really help.

I like the fact that this product doesn’t smell as bad as most supplement capsules/herbal capsules do. I haven’t finished the bottle yet but so far no complaints.

I’ve been looking for a natural supplements that have a calming effect. Throughresearch, I find about ashwagandha root anti-anxiety and antidepressant benefits. Ashwagandha was shown to be comparable to common pharmaceutical drugs lorazepam and imipramine, without the side effects. I can definitely say it helps and I do not need any prescribed medication anymore! It significantly improves my anxiety and stress levels. Definitely would recommended.

I think it breaks my face out but I haven’t caught any colds since I’ve been taking these supplements.

This is a very good supplement.I see improvement in my moods,The pain from my fibromilagia andBack pain almost gone. I can clean house with stopping to let the pain lessen. My stress and anxiety is so much better. Only thing they have a slight taste when you put them in your mouth but goes away as soon as you swallow .

The main point id like to stress of this product is: the mood elevation it brings. Very helpful for people with depression. Does not cause stomach irritation.

I’m a skeptic, but I was pleasantly surprised with this. I’m a regular stress case but I’ve noticed a significant calming over the last few days. Three capsules about 30 minutes before breakfast sets me off right for the rest of the day. I will purchase this again.

Not my type of pills rather have liquid. Smells horrible cons smell horrible leave after taste does give energy help with weight
