Slick heist movie in which a game escalates into a life-and-death situation. A trio of close friends, Kevin (Ryan Reynolds), Samantha (Kristin Booth) and Rob (Joris Jarsky) live for a game they call 'Foolproof', in which they meticulously plan the most elaborate and daring heists - but only for fun: they have never actually used their plans to commit a real crime. But when ruthless criminal Leo Gillette (David Suchet) gets his hands on their latest plan for a diamond heist, and executes it without a hitch, things take a turn for the worse for the three friends. Gillette blackmails them into attempting a much larger and more daring heist involving $20 million in untraceable bonds, threatening to implicate them in the crime he has just committed if they do not comply with his orders.

Poor Plot Line
Very slow movie with disappointing performances by some well known celebrities…would not recommend.

well written story, great cast & direction
Classic heist thriller.Reynolds and the other two protagonists (Booth & Jarsky) have a game they play amongst themselves, designing and demonstrating heists that are essentially foolproof and take all factors into account. They are then noticed by the chief antagonist (Suchet) who coerces the protagonists into designing and aiding in an actual robbery, slowly drawing them into the danger and temptations of the criminal world, turning the team against each other.Pros:Great casting and direction move a decent plot into being a great movieCons:Older video quality1 scene is quite unbelievable

Fantastic Film
I bought this film primarily because of David Suchet who in my opinion makes anything good.Well I was very happy to discover that the film itself is actually enjoyable in it's own right. An interesting story with some good thrills and exciting plot twists.Ryan Reynolds is enjoyable and not annoying in his role. This was one concern as in many of his movies he can start to grate.David Suchet steals every scene he is in, and it's a joy to see him in a role at the polar opposite of Poirot.Good ideas, good plot, good story, great acting.....FAB FILM!

Worth watching, once. Ryan Reynolds is always good!
I hadn't seen this before, but bought it because Ryan was in in, and I'm glad i did. Get his other stuff, the best of which is either Waiting Waiting [DVD] [2005 ]or Blade Trinity Blade: Trinity (Extended Version) [DVD] [2004 ], I can't decide which!

Good film, nice twist at the end. Never heard of it before but thought I would give it a try as it was cheap, wasn't disapointed.
