I recently purchased the Bespillow memory foam pillow on Amazon, and it has been a game-changer for my sleep. I originally bought it to help keep my CPAP headgear securely in place all night, and it works perfectly—far more comfortable and affordable than specialized “CPAP” pillows at double the price. Its supportive, yet soft and the butterfly-shaped design keeps my neck in alignment, which has been especially important after a recent shoulder injury from tripping over a fiber optic cable. The pillow keeps me comfortable all night, and I wake up with no pain and stiffness, and because of that, it deserves 5 stars.

At last, a pillow that has helped me to sleep again! 😁🛌😁 Let me first just say that I am not usually one to write reviews , however, IF I find a product that really WORKS, (even ) I will take the time to leave a review! After years of major issues with my neck & cervical spine, along with TMJ, I have finally found a pillow that not only supports my neck, but also relieves the pressure in my upper back & shoulders too. I was constantly waking up every 20 minutes or so each night, to readjust myself from the chronic pain that I was experiencing from a prior neck injury , AND issues with fibromyalgia. The pain that I was experiencing in all of my pressure points was unbearable, and very debilitating. I saw this pillow on Amazon, and began reading the reviews. Immediately, I knew that I needed to order one. I literally have 15+ pillows that I have purchased in the past few years sitting in our house. NONE of them worked, until now. I have now had this cervical pillow for about a month, and am happy to say that it is truly amazing! I liked mine so much that I ordered one for my husband a few weeks ago, since I thought it might help with his snoring , and constant tossing & turning. Guess what? I was RIGHT! Since he has been sleeping on it, he is no longer snoring, nor is he tossing & turning any longer. He is sleeping so peacefully that I often have to look over to make sure he’s still breathing! I am being completely honest when I say that! He is SO quiet that it actually makes me nervous. This past weekend we were out of town, and stayed at an Airbnb. Neither of us brought our new pillows, and both had miserable nights trying to sleep! I had horrible pain & stiffness in my neck & upper back throughout the night, and he began snoring loudly again. Needless to say, we won’t be making that mistake again. Our pillows will be one of the first things we pack going forward. If you’re on the fence, and not sure what to do, I would order one, and at least give it a try! You have 30 days to decide if it works for you. Personally, I would highly recommend this pillow for anyone who has neck or upper back pain of any kind. It won’t take it away, but it will help to reduce the amount of tension & stress in your upper body. This has been a game changer for us! In the next day or two, I am going to be purchasing another one for my brother in law who has Parkinson’s. He told me over the weekend that he suffers from a lot of terrible neck pain, and does not get any quality sleep. He is very hunched over now from the disease, so I am hoping that it might give him some relief too. If this helps him in the slightest way, it will be well worth another purchase. I will keep you all posted.

Different to get used to. Cool yes, works for side sleeper. For price, good quality but perhaps not top of the line materials. The odd shape seemed awkward at first but the "handles and indentations" give you a place to put your arms/hands. Makes for better comfort. I use lower side which gives my shoulder room to be slightly under the pillow edge. So no pinching of neck and shoulder. After getting used to this type of pillow, I like it.

The pillow case is soft and well sewn together. Can be removed and washed. Doesn't look or feel cheap. This isn't your traditional pillow as it's shape is designed to cradle your head in a position to keep it aligned with the rest of your body and to reduce kneck pain. What I do enjoy is that it is CPAP friendly and doesn't affect your mask if you are a side sleeper. I found no issues with it's design in support or comfort. This pillow won't be for everyone. I have wide shoulders so the pillow feels low for me so I personally don't benifit from it as much as someone with smaller shoulders would. I don't believe that there is a pillow out there designed to work for everyone but I do like the design of this one.

Not my cup of tea but might work for someone else. Seemed well made.

This pillow!! I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to buy it. My weird neck stiffness and pain I’ve had every morning for years was instantly gone. The way it’s shaped supports my neck and takes the pressure off on my neck and shoulders in a way I didn’t know I needed . Its cooling effect is definitely plus too. No more neck and shoulder pain. This thing is amazing! I’m getting the best sleep I’ve gotten in years. No more tossing and turning and flipping my pillow. I sleep on my back and side and it feels so good no matter which way I’m positioned. Buy. The. Pillow!! You won’t regret it.

Unbelievably incredible. I have an illness that caused me constant chronic pain, between that and a brain that never shuts off or slows down, I have horrible insomnia and if by chance or pure exhaustion I do sleep I can never get comfortable. With regular pillows because of how I sleep on my side I have my arm underneath the pillow uncomfortable and hot. This pillow I've seen and have wanted to try, so I took a chance and bought one, it's not only a game changer but a life changer as well and one of the best purchases I've made. It's comfortable, cool, the feeling of it forming around your head and supporting it is so nice and it has groves on the side for your arms so no more directly sleeping your arms. No more neck cramps from sleeping the wrong way, or in awkward positions. I love this pillow it's like a hug for your head. I'll be buying my mom one as well as telling others about it.

I'm a side sleeper who has always had a lot of neck pain issues. Often too, the cartilage of my ears hurt from pressure if I've laid in one position for too long -- especially if a pillow is very firm. So I was REALLY looking forward to getting this pillow as from what I read, it seemed it might be able to solve both issues since it is ergonomically designed for side sleepers AND it has a nice hollow in the middle to accomodate your ear without putting pressure on it. Unfortunately, one 45-minute nap showed me this pillow (like everything else in the world, sigh) is not made for smaller people like me. I am 5'1" (~155 cm) in height. My neck from collarbone to center of ear is ~4.5 inches (about 11 cm), but the distance from the "short side" of the pillow to the center of the hollow where your ear is supposed to go is 6.5 inches (16.5 cm). The very firm surface of the pillow put a lot of pressure on my ear cartilage as my ear did not fit into the hollow. By the end of the nap my ear and entire side of my face was numb and tingly (the same feeling like when your foot falls "asleep.") Additionally, even the "short side" of the pillow was about 2 inches too high to comfortably accomodate my neck and shoulders. Bottom line is that this pillow is made for larger, taller people with longer necks. If the manufacturer of this pillow could make it in smaller dimensions for people like me and would make it not so firm, it would be perfect.
