The seal (the one that is stuck to the top of the jar but under the lid) was not properly sealed. There was a second plastic wrapping around the outside that was unbroken and no issues in shipping. Product had a foul smell upon opening, it had gone bad.

Mixes well unlike the granules, this is the one you want. Powder is much better

I received opened smelly powder!! The smell is obviously that it’s spoiled. And there is no retern policy on it

I'm not an expert on emulsifying agents. I think it worked for what i needed though. Dissolved a TSP into a cup of hot water. Took a minute, but to be expected i think, mixed oil and castile soap in. Separate glass ⅛tsp of citric acid into 2 cups warm water. Mixed thoroughly. Pump sprayer full of Lost Coast Plant Therapy for pennies on the dollar.
