Bad return policy
Arrived late and didn't fit the standard cap thet it is supposed to. Then when you want to return the item the payment for courier is for your own account. Don't waste your money.

Love the design
Did exactly what it was designed for. Loved that it gave the cap a clean shape on my son's very full hairstyle and kept his cap looking sharp and steady on graduation day. Not like others where the cap still has a little distorted shape because the edges are not hidden.

Don’t buy! It has a defect!
This is not the real grad remix it is missing the central piece that lets the headband stay in place and it doesn’t slide to how you want it to be so because that piece is missing it is just not staying in place and it is very unstable!!

My cap kept falling off my head and i had to keep readjusting it. Can’t support the weight of the cap at all and the head band didn’t stay in place, it kept sliding out. Returning it right now.

Faulty product/missing part
Order received when estimated (today) but the product either is faulty or I’m missing a piece. I’m not able to attach the headband (as seen in my video). Additionally, there was no paper or booklet showing this was grad cap remixes product, which gave me the impression this was a knockoff and not the real thing which is why this product isn’t made correctly. Contacted seller and will update if there is a resolution/ability to get this delivered in time for my graduation.
