I love this phone case and I have bought them 3 times however, this one the package stickers stuck to the outside of the phone case and ripped off the vinyl on the case.

I had a similar type case on my previous phone and I just love them. It's so convenient to keep my license, a cc and a little cash in it and not need to pull out my wallet every time I'm at the store or in some cases not have to take my purse at all. The case arrived quickly, packed nicely and was just what I was looking for. It's really pretty and appears to be made well.I was also pleasantly surprised that the magnet closure was quite strong. My previous wallet style case had a snap closure and I was a little worried that the magnet wouldn't be strong enough to hold the case closed but this time I couldn't find any that were attractive that have snap closures on the outside. A few had a separate flap between the card slots and the phone itself that had a snap closure to keep that inside flap closed and a magnet on the outside, but I didn't want the extra bulk that would come with that additional flap, after all it is still a phone case, not a wallet. I thought that the extra bulk on those ones would also put even more strain on the outside magnet and to me the main purpose of keeping it closed is to make sure the phone is protected so I decided to try this one. I was concerned that once I put a few cards in the slots which does bulk up the case a little and keeps it from being completely flat against the phone that the magnet just wouldn't be enough to keep it closed, but so far that doesn't seem to be an issue.That being said I do think I'll need to be a little more careful about not putting too much in it than I was with my last one and am not sure how well it will stay closed bouncing around in my purse. I still wish they would put a snap on the outside not the magnet which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. It fit my new Note 9 perfectly, I had no problem using the fingerprint scanner with the case on and overall I'm pleased with the purchase.

Update: I took another star away. This case didn't last 8 months before the hole where the wrist strap hooks in tore. I rarely carry it by the hand strap so if you do that often, it might not make it that long. Really disappointing. I wanted to live the case.EDIT: I previously changed this from a 4 to a 2 star due to realizing there was a defect with my case that explained why it didn't fit the phone properly. After doing so, the seller sent me a 2nd case to make it right. The second case does fit better. It's not 100%, but it no longer covers the top mic or part of the speaker, it just lines up right along the edge so it's close, but not covered. I recommend the case for sure. If something isn't right, the seller is nice enough to make it right so there really isn't much of a risk. I like the case a lot. It looks stylish and it's protecting my phone. I have 3 cards in it plus 2 cards in the cash slot and it still closes.There's only one thing I really don't like about this case, but that's my fault. I hate cases with mirrors. I prefer the bottom slot to be clear plastic so I don't have to always take my ID out. This has 3 slots, but the bottom one has a mirror instead of plastic and it says that on the product, I just didn't pay enough attention. One thing that I docked a star for is the way the phone lines up with the plastic/rubber insert inside the case. The sides are fine so power, volume, and bixby all line up perfectly, but the top and bottom are *slightly* off. The bottom isn't terrible. I can still get the S-Pen out and connect a charger without removing the case, but it's really close to partially covering the S-Pen and does cover a sliver of the speaker. It's not too bad though and doesn't seem to interfere with the audio quality. The top part covers the top mic entirely and there is no slot for the sim/sd card tray. I don't really mind this much, but it's something to note in case it bothers you.On the plus side, I use this on a wireless charger and it works just fine.

I bought the gold/grey case, I really liked it. I liked the convenience of having my debit card and ID in my phone case. Since the pandemic started I don't carry a purse anymore and my phone is my main and only item I carry when I get to get out of the house. The case is a little on the heavy side, but I don't mind, its easy to hold once you get used to it and having a strap makes it super helpful when I'm carrying multiple things.I would like to mention that I clean the case with clorox wipes every time I get home from the store and the case looks great, no damage at all.I think the only thing I noticed was that having 3 cards at the same time, makes it a little bulky and the magnetic strip is not that strong. I've never had an accident due to this, but I wish I would've known before. I guess for the price its a good buy and the colors are as advertised.

The credit car storage is essentially useless if you put anything more than your license and 1 credit card it barely close. Otherwise very nice

This is a great case and I really think it stands up to everyday challenges. The only downfall is it does not stand by itself. and it does not have a ring to hold it or magnet to hang it in the car. But it does have a sturdy wristlet to ensure that it does not get lost and all. It also has a cutouts for the camera although it is crazy how you have to hold to screen cover to take the photo

Really great phone case, seems like it will last a long time. Space to store cards and notes and the mirror is really handy too. Love it!

Great case, does the protection job and cute and classy as well. Enough room to fit some cards and cash. Perfect fit for the note 9. Very reasonable price as well. Happy purchase. No complaints really.

this phone case is a nice quality, not like some of the other flimsy ones I have had, looks smart and easily looks like a purse. the design is nice and simple, and looks quite fashionable, even has a little mirror which is a nice touch.

Looks likes its a well made case. However, I find the strap too thin and worried that it will not last long because I do use the case like a purse and hang it on my wrist all the time. The material in the middle of the phone case where the strap goes on is thin and not supported like the front and the back of the case. Thus it's flimsy and phone keeps sliding down when you use it like a stand.

I wanted a good looking and rugged case for my wife's new Samsung Note 9 and this really does fit the bill. Looks good, provides good protection, is not too big or clunky ... just what I was looking for.
