Source NaturalsR-Lipoic Acid 100mg, 120 Tablets

I was thrilled to find this so easily available. It was recommended by a nutritionist who was allergic to insulin.It needs to be paired with Biotin, and works great. My doctor is okay with it.

I ordered this product out of desperation. My usual Subscribe & Save, R-Lipoic Acid, was NOTavailable at the time my order needed to be filled. I know its essential to get only the "R" (& NOT the"S") form. So, this was one of the other few that let me know what was in the supplement. I wasvery pleased that this was a capsule shaped pill and not an actual gelatin capsule. They are SOmuch easier to swallow. The gelatin capsules seem to get stuck in my throat; and I do at timeshave problems swallowing due to Post Polio Syndrome.Only time will tell me, if this product reacts with my system the same as the Doctor's Best brand.But, I'm hopeful.

Good product. Beneficial when taken over time. It's a small sized pill. I take it with food. Pure formulary. My only concern is with the vendor. The safety seal doesn't seem to adhere to the bottle well. It comes right off when opening the lid. It creates concerns about the quality of the warehouse storage. Otherwise this is the best product for R-lipoic acid out there.

This is a tablet, not a caplet. If you have difficulty swallowing, It may start to dissolve in your throat or even in your mouth. I take it at breakfast (it is slightly cheaper) when my throat is more relaxed, and then take a medium-size capsule (another brand) at night to get in my 200 mg. My feet neuropathy seems not to be progressing as fast, and I have less pain.

I used this product to replace taking two tablets of Alpha lipoic acid. It met my expectations. I only had to take one tablet a day. The tablets go down smooth. I take Alpha lipoic acid to help keep my blood sugar under contro. Taking R-Lipoic acid I didn't really see a difference. "They" say R-Lipoic acid is a more specific form of Alpha lipoic acid. What ever that means.

One of those supplements that is great for overall health. Source Naturals is a well tested brand through independent lab testing, and the R-form of ALA is superior. Don't get regular ALA as that is the S- form and not well utilized by the body.Even better if you can get the Na-R-ALA form, but this R- form will do as well. Knocked down a star since it's not the Na-R form, but still a solid supplement.

Ordinarily I'm skeptical about supplements. Good ones from reputable manufacturers can be expensive, the cheap ones can be worthless or even do harm. However, a neurologist suggested I take 300-600 mg daily of the 'regular' alpha lipoic acid for peripheral neuropathy. After reading about alpha-lipoic acid in several peer-review journal articles, I opted for a dose of 200 mg per day of the R-Lipoic version from Source Naturals.Over a period of several months, I've noticed some improvement, so I will continue to use this.

5　or　10粒を目安に飲んでいます。ダイエット効果としては、うっすらとおなかに縦筋が見えてはいます。(3か月)それよりも、アルコールを飲んだ後の酔い覚め、尿の泡が改善しています。(毎日2粒時で実感)なぜかおなかが減りやすくなりました。マイナス点を言えば、割れ防止の中綿が邪魔なくらいです。60粒で2000円前後と格安なため、アルコール飲む方はウコンよりおすすめです。

こちらを飲んで低血糖の症状がでたので、飲むのを中止しました。たまたまかも知れないし原因が他のサプリかもしれないですが。ユーチューブで良いと見たので残念です。
