Ozark Trail One-Person Cot Tent

It is comfortable to sleep in and great for one person. I used it for a military field exercise. Everyone was jealous that I was up off the ground. And all that was great. I loved waking up high and dry when there was a terrible storm that stopped operations for the night. What I dont love is this thing is far from compact. Dont think you can fit it in a pack. No way. Also it is heavy. Frustratingly heavy when you have your body armour and field pack on. But what I really dont like is the poor quality materials. The bug screen at the top tore the first time I assembled it. It was caught up in the cot legs, and it ripped so easily. The rain fly did a great job keeping water out, but I had to constantly adjust the lines on it to keep it from flying away. Also the rain fly is super thin. I dont see it lasting long. I only used it once, and I am back to my standard issue tent.

As a soilder, best tent for the field!

Weathered a crazy thunderstorm on the first night with this. Alot of people had water in their tents the next morning.. due to being off the ground, that wasn't a problem for me! Most comfortable tent I've ever slept in. Quick/easy setup and teardown. With the versatility between plain cot, cot w/ bug net and a tent.. it's a steal.Large enough for me to sleep comfortably with my bags at my feet.The main reason I picked this is one is because the rain cover extends all the way to the ground, making it easy to sit up and put my feet down and get dressed without being seen by anyone else who may be around. I'm very happy with it. Seriously a fantastic, high quality purchase that I would recommend.

Way better than a cheap normal tent. The cot is awesome and there is enough room to change clothes comfortably. I no longer dread camping trips because I can actually sleep in this thing. Like sleep the whole night and not be sore in the morning. It's sweet.
