These shoes run about a half-size small
I bought these shoes to use for Spinning classes and my only complaint is that they run small. I had to return the pair I originally ordered in my size (8.5/39) and reorder in a half-size size up (9/40). For anyone else purchasing your first pair for Spinning, be aware that you will also need to purchase SPD Clips separately.

Cheap and dangerous to your ankle
I purchased these admittedly because of the price, along with the positive reviews. Well the old phrase ya get what you pay for come to mind with these. The size, well that wasn’t much of an issue. Slightly larger then expected but completely manageable. So why the two stars. Keep reading.I hen I inboxed I noticed right away that the bottom of the shoes were different. It’s almost like they put three “high heel” spots on the bottom. Now I understand this is to protect the cleat, but this is where the cheapness of the show starts to show. Our other spin shoes are made with a molded bottom which then has the cleat that is sunken in. This matters for a big reason, the design of these shoes make it nearly impossible to walk when off the bike. So if you thought about clipping these on a road bike, you better bring a pair of shoes when you disembark. The issues continued when I went to apply the cleat to the shoe, the holes on each shoe are different. Yep, one side is higher on the toe then the other.I then noticed that the cheap plastic screw plate moves freely when installing the one side.I have included photos showing these shoes, the miss matched hole location, and the poor sole design that makes you walk on high heels. I have included a Photo of our old shoe for comparison on what it is suppose to look like on the bottom. There is NO Way I would purchase again, recommend or feel these are worth the money. They are cheaply constructed and poorly designed.

Very good shoe for the money.
I've been cycling for a long time, so these are probably the 6th pair I've owned. Other than synthetic leather vs real, they rival shoes that are 3 to 4 times as costly. Good width, which is almost rare in a cleated shoe. Most brands are narrow. As for a couple of negative reviews for these shoes:1) The comment about 'high heels' - all cleated shoes have that built up area on the heel. They are there to make walking in them not quite as awkward as well as provide some traction when walking on a hard surface (such as a tiled floor). Cleats are hard plastic, thus no grip, so without those heel bumps and the grippy stuff on their surface it would be like walking on ice.2) As for the complaint about the cleat mounting holes not matching up: The 4 hole mounts move so you can adjust the forward and back cleat placement. It may take a bit of effort to move/slide them the first time, but they do move.3) Difficult to walk in: That's the nature of the beast. Cleated cycling shoes ain't walking or hiking shoes. Yes, people stare at you when you awkwardly 'click, click, click' walk through the gas station to use their restroom or restock on food or water. But you are likely also wearing lycra shorts and a gaudy jersey so you are already a spectacle. It's just one more addition to the freak show for Joe Sixpack to laugh at. ;-)

They are great!
Frankly, what I know about cycling shoes could fit on the head of a pin, these are literally my first pair! So- there will be no “compare and contrast” with this review. However, I do not have a single complaint about these shoes. I bought the cleats separately, they mounted easily, and the shoes themselves are very comfortable. I bought these shoes for use with a peloton bike, and while my quads and lungs might be burning during a “ride”, my feet have no complaints :-)Yep, they really have been just great, I love the bike, too, btw, what a workout! I wouldn’t call these “fashion forward”, but they are cycle shoes; they are, by nature what my sweetheart calls “fugly”. But- hey- they ALL look that way, and I don’t care what people think of how my feet look, when I’m sweating buckets, and sucking air. Besides, the only person who sees them is the dog :-)

Comfy
Great shoes especially for the price. Use with peloton and saved a ton.

Great Spin Shoes.
Exactly what I was looking for. Now I’m able to get a much better ride during my spin sessions. Super comfortable. Also in this brand buy a size up, they tend to run small. I usually wear a 38UK I ordered a 39UK and it fit perfect.

A bit too tight in the toe box but was able to size up without problem
I wear a size 10.5 usa and originally ordered a size 44 shoe. The length was ok but it was tight at the little toe joint. I went to a size 45 and the toe box was fine. The length was just a little bit more then the 44 but still fit ok.

Fit as advertised
Received my shoes on time and in perfect condition. I mounted the cleats ordered separately as directed by the directions emailed separately and they fit well. I put them on and they fit very well. After two twenty minute rides with my new shoes my feet have not felt this well in new shoes ever. The are wide shoes and fit that way. I would order the again with no hesitations.
