New to Ruby Tubes
This is the first set of Ruby's I bought & I will (so far) buy again in the future..I purchased them based on price, but they were delivered fast, they fit right in my Peavey Valve King and sound great...These tubes are just a bit more "fuzzy" than others I've had, but I actually prefer the Marshally buzz...So far, so good.

Great Tubes, even Greater Price!!
I recieved these tubes, and was expecting something to be wrong(due to the price). But it was totally an unjustified anticipation. Each box as well as each tube was hand 'stamped' for proof of inspection. I installed them & checked the biaa of each tube & the printed info was spot on!!!

Perfect for Peavey ValveKing
My Peavey ValveKing has been out of commission for almost a year, until recently I decided to purchase these bad boys. I've only had them in for a few days, so I can't speak of how long they last, but they sure do sound brilliant!

Good Tubes!
Ruby tubes have always been consistant tubes since I've used them. I have never had tubes mailed to me before, so this was a first. All the tubes work, so I'm happy.

Ruby 6L6GCMSTR. Great for crunch, great for solos, 3-D sound. Works well with Celestion Vintage 30.
I purchased my Peavey Valve King MK II 100 Watt head a couple of months ago brand new right of the box. My Valve King head comes with 4 Ruby 6L6GCMSTR and three 12AX7. Fast tracking, and quick response for solos. Treble notes are sweet and have added harmonic. The crunch is where it gets really fun. Bar chords starting on the E string are big, fat, metal. The sustain for crunch works great for metal and hard rock. Cleans up really nicely. I don't want to have to change them. But when one blows out, or gets microphonic I will be sticking with Rubys. My cab has 4 vintage 30's. But Rubys would work well with other celestion.
