In the trying times of fighting this virus, shipping companies are hit quite hard. With so many having to stay home, raising the workload of said shipping companies, it's amazing that so few items got broken. The 300mm Allihn condenser had the female end snap off in shipping, and the 250 mL 2-neck flask met an untimely demise as well. Fortunately, I can use the other items and get replacements later if I need them. I placed this order just before everything went crazy, so I'm surprised it arrived at all. This disaster might be tilting my review more toward the positive side, but it's good to keep an optimistic view on things, isn't it?(I still washed everything down with strong alcohol when I got it though, just in case. Optimism, not recklessness. Sure, it was probably in transit long enough for anything to naturally die off, but never hurts to be sure.)Have a great day, and stay healthy.

This seller recently started selling defective glassware. As you can see from the first photo, most of the pieces are filled with bubbles at the neck, and contain very large bubbles at random locations as well as micro thermal cracks from cooling to quickly.Also these pieces are not the ones advertised in the photos, and contain white or gold lettering. Seen in the first and third picture. I only received 4 pieces that matched the pieces in the photos.No big deal, except the white and gold lettering comes off on your hand on contact, seen in the last photo.This sellers customer service and quality control took a nose dive in the last 3 months.
