A 120 V model
I ordered this item because a taller round slow cooker is more convenient than the usual low oval models. Presumably the original slow cooker was based on a low oval pot which is ideal to fit in an oven and the manufacturers have stayed with convention. I did not notice that it was a 120 V model so changed the plug from north American to UK and used it. The power cord was inconveniently short and was not round as is best for easy cleaning. On setting to warm, there was no indicator to show that it was working. It boiled quickly on the lowest setting so I examined the rating plate and found it was a 120 V model. While packing for return I noticed the pot was not well glazed. There was a small sharp protrusion on the inside and several small round depressions on the base.

Perfect product!
My first one, the pot was broken to bit upon arrival. So true to Amazon, they replaced it at no charge once I returned the broken one. The replacement is PERFECT! It works perfectly too. I highly recommend!
