Absolutely! I use mine so often, I forget I even have them in so I regularly shower with these by accident. Still work great!

Can you turn these off ?

If you press and hold for about 10 seconds if nothing is playing you can turn it off too

does this work with ps4 and ipad?

9 times out of 10, No. PS4 has a closed connection for their bluetooth devices. I had to buy a dongle to get my headphones to even connect, and even then it was a spotty connection. I advise you to buy the Playstation brand bluetooth to get it to work.
