Picture quality is excellent and the unit looks like it is new! Packaging was excellent as well.

Monitor was advertised for excellent condition but it the frame had many scratches and sign of excessive use. The order was not delivered on-time.

This display was a purchase as a refurbished and does lack intensity of the new model. I used it to replace an identicle monitor same brand same model number and found lower resolution however customer service was incredible and I was able to receive that replacement monitor within 4 days while traveling.

Monitor was not in good condition, screen was dirty and stand was dusty. Even though it's a refurbished monitor I expected better based on the description. Didn't even turn it in, an going to return it. Also it's different than the one I have with the exact same model number.

I can't tell if it's actually supposed to be with this purchase or not but if you google the product new, it comes with a power cord, serial cable and a usb cable.Why is this important? If you want to connect your other usb items like your keyboard or mouse to the monitor instead of snaking them down to your desktop, this comes in handy.
