This lemon curd is absolutely yummy, lovely smooth texture, lovely lemony taste and a nice pale colour, not like some lemon curds which are a bright yellow. I did not like lemon curd that much but I bought this for my husband and when I had a taste it was YUMMY!

This product is everything lemon curd should be. This lemon curd (also called lemon butter) has all natural ingredients. Real sugar and no corn syrup. Real butter and no canola or other bad tasting oils. In my opinion, this lemon curd is the very best you can buy. The texture is smooth and silky without being runny. The flavor is a perfect blend of lemony/buttery sweetness. It is so good, you might enjoy it right off the spoon but it is a wonderful topping for breads, biscuits, pancakes, cookies, pies, berries and other fruit, ice cream...... you name it. Better than any regular preserves or jellies in my opinion. It is more than worth the price considering it has REAL sugar REAL butter REAL eggs, lemons, etc. Other products cost the same and don't necessarily have the same quality ingredients.

I love Lemon Curd and I have tried so many of them but with Mrs.Bridges I have found the almost perfect Lemon Curd. Mrs.Bridges has an amazingly pure lemon flavour without being too sour or too sweet. The texture is nice and thick without being too solid and it is very smooth. I love this so much that since I can't find it anywhere near me I order it especially every year. I even get requests from my family members to order extra for them. If you have never had Lemon Curd try it because it is incredible. I love it on my fresh made Cream Scones with Devonshire Cream but it is Mrs.Bridges Lemom Curd that puts the finishing touch on my fresh baking. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed.
