Great bar addition
Nice addition to the bar. The glass and steel shaker lock up and release nicely and don’t leak. Seemed a little pricey for two cups, but once I got them, they are good quality.

Love them, but this makes me uncertain
We’ve always loved these shakers! We use them in both of our restaurants! This last time, one didn’t last 2 months before the screen popped out. I still swear by these, but hope this isn’t going to be a regular thing.

professional look
I do like it. Used to using the one with the strainer in it. So, this is difficult to get used to BUT that is strictly user issue. I love and hate that it has a glass side. Some are both metal. I just get nervous, again user issue, tapping the glass. Others I know have both metal, and they don't have to worry about glass breaking when separating them. I will say the glass is sturdy, and I am probably just inexperienced. For someone who has used this type of shaker, it is high quality. For a newbie, maybe get both side stainless first. The drinks get super duper shaken. Nice job on the mixing. Sometimes a great froth with the finished product. It also, vanity alert, looks cool, as you mix, and you can see the drink mixing in the glass side. Don't regret the purchase. Just need to practice to be more comfortable.

Very nicely made product.
My favorite local bar uses a shaker like this to mix cocktails so I thought I'd give this a try. It works very well and fits the US Pint bar glass (one is included in the kit; it's the same size as the usual beer or iced cocktail glasses at our local bars). The metal shaker that my bartender uses is a plain conical shape and I watched her slide the shaker and glass together and noted that that seemed to fit well. The Houdini shaker has a slightly curved "waisted" shape and I wasn't sure that it would fit as sell as the simple cone shape but - having used it - it seems to work very well indeed. Others have reviewed that it's difficult to separate the shaker from the glass - I found that if you shake your drink, hold the bottom of the glass with one hand and the narrow end of the shaker with the other hand (with the glass and shaker upright) and push the open edge of the shaker sideways - such as on the edge of a bar - it pops right off easily with very little leaking or dribbling. It's sort of one of those "try it a time or two to get the feel of it" things but it's easy, especially after you've done it a time or two.
